About Me:
I grew up in the real estate business. I come from a long line of real estate investors and brokers; parents, grandparents, aunts and other family members are both investors and brokers. My wife, Tica, is a real estate broker, mortgage broker, property manager & insurance agent. While other kids were playing football, I was working on property with his dad.

Right out of college I became a mortgage broker. That is where I gained the first hand knowledge of what makes or breaks a deal, financing. I opened Harper Realty, Inc. and have always specialized in working with the specific wants & needs investors, ‘making as much money as possible with as little money as possible”.

I invests in commercial, residential & land. I have developed a strategy to acquire real estate with financing and then get it paid off to enjoy the pure cash flow. I live by the mantra; "Equity is Good and Debt is Bad".

I lecture nationally. I am considered a “No Bull, Just the Facts” speaker on real estate investment. I teach how to build equity and reduce debt and other long term investment strategies. My presentations are fun, informative & give everybody the opportunity to get all their questions answered. I teaches how, what & where to invest. I want everybody to walk out motivated and equipped with the skills to prevail in today’s real estate market.
