- I have been investing in real estate since 1979. Also teach about rehabs, creative finance, finding deals, etc and run the CCIA. Would advise anyone interested in investing to get involved with their local group.
Seems my investment geographies field is locked. I invest in and around the greater Chicagoland area, but I am also go elsewhere in the country when the the opportunity is sufficiently attractive to justify it.
